Scheme proposals for a 35-storey PRS tower in Cardiff’s city centre, providing 272 apartments and associated facilities, with car parking and commercial uses on the lower floors. The scheme was commissioned by Garrison Barclay Estates. The scheme was well-received by all parties and the local authority and media and enable the client to maximise the value of the site.
